<p>Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Edumi merupakan jurnal yang dikelola oleh PT. Eduresearch Mitra Inovasi. Jurnal ini merupakan media diskusi ilmiah mengenai hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dari seluruh bidang keilmuan. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Edumi terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Januari, dan Juli. Penyerahan naskah dimulai sejak dua bulan sebelum penerbitan untuk melalui proses review, revisi jika ada dan mengatur tata letak jurnal, yaitu bulan Desember dan Juni. <p>Leadership is a symbol, role model, driver as well as a source of influence, which can direct various activities and resources to achieve organizational goals. The ability and skill to manage the various human personalities formed in a group is a difficulty in itself, and it is one of the main tasks for a leader. In every company, strong leaders are always needed. If a person can demonstrate his or her abilities as a leader and a preference for leadership responsibilities as an employee, he or she will most likely be given the opportunity to head a team or division. The purpose of the mentoring activity is to become a resource person so that CV.Esbe can improve employee performance and have a mentality, especially at the supervisor and managerial levels. The method of implementing service activities uses the lecture method directly with a discussion approach, the technical implementation of service is divided into 3 stages, namely Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The result of this mentoring activity is that from 25 seminar participants, it is expected to bring a change in leadership style that is more effective for the company's progress.</p> <p> </p>Fajar Pitaloka

<p>Industrial relations are the relationship between employers and workers/laborers or trade unions/trade unions, either directly or indirectly, arising from the production process and/or services in a company. This relationship covers various aspects, from employment agreements, working conditions, wages, to dispute resolution. Good industrial relations are essential for the sustainability and success of the company. With harmonious industrial relations, companies can increase productivity, reduce employee turnover rates, and create a positive image in the eyes of the public. <p><em>This community service (PKM) aims to provide education and assistance on opportunities for a career in accounting for gen z in the 5.0 era. This activity was provided by the STIE GICI PKM Team in collaboration with the Indonesia Internal Audit Community (The IIAC) to S1 Accounting students of STIE GICI and students of the national accounting study program on May 18, 2024. The method of implementing community service activities consists of the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The planning stage is carried out by requesting resource persons bySTIE GICI with partner representatives in this case appointed by The IIAC, discussions between the Team and Partners related to the concept of the event and the material to be delivered, and the preparation of material by the Team and partners. The second stage was carried out by delivering the material by the resource person to the participants and discussing the material that had been delivered by the resource person to the participants. The third stage is an evaluation of the participants' level of understanding of the material that has been delivered. This PKM activity provides benefits for participants, most of whom are S1 Accounting students of STIE GICI and students of national accounting programs in understanding the opportunities and challenges for the Internal Auditor profession in the 5.0 era.
