In fact, onion peels contain bioactive compounds and minerals that have the potential to be processed into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF). This community service program aims to empower the community through education and training on the production of liquid organic fertilizer from onion peel waste as an implementation of circular economy and sustainable agriculture. The methods used include initial observation, counseling, hands-on training, and mentoring in product application. The activity was carried out at the Gintung Forest Farmer Group, South Jakarta. The results indicate an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills in processing onion peel waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Furthermore, this program enhances community awareness of environmentally friendly and economically valuable organic waste management. This activity is expected to contribute to household food security and community-based circular economy development.
Ridhowati Ridhowati, Muhammad Syahiddin, Nurlaela nurlaela, Syafa'atun Syafa'atun Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Edumi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://mail.eduresearch.web.id/index.php/epkm/article/view/80 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Developing Creativity Through Teacher Mentoring for Effective and Enganging Mathematics Learning https://mail.eduresearch.web.id/index.php/epkm/article/view/95
Mathematics instruction in elementary schools is frequently perceived by students as challenging and uninteresting due to the predominance of conventional teaching practices that provide limited opportunities for teacher innovation. This community service program was designed to strengthen teachers’ competencies in delivering mathematics lessons that are both effective and engaging through the application of creative teaching strategies. The program was implemented through a series of workshops, hands-on mentoring sessions, and activities focused on the development of instructional media. Data were gathered using questionnaires, classroom observations, and interviews, and subsequently analyzed through a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that teachers demonstrated improved skills in designing innovative learning activities and creating simple yet attractive teaching materials tailored to students’ needs. Furthermore, classroom interactions became more dynamic, while students showed greater enthusiasm and active participation during learning activities. Overall, the mentoring program successfully enhanced teachers’ creativity and contributed to the development of mathematics learning experiences that are more meaningful, enjoyable, and relevant for elementary school students.
Yuan Andinny, Mailizar, Ghina Annisa Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Edumi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://mail.eduresearch.web.id/index.php/epkm/article/view/95 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 A Utilizing Educational Learning Media to Enhance Motor Skill Development at POS PAUD Mawar 19 Sukatani https://mail.eduresearch.web.id/index.php/epkm/article/view/99
Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a crucial stage in shaping a child’s overall development, particularly in the motor, cognitive, and affective aspects.
